工作職責:
job responsibility:
1. work as hr partner to deliver tactical hr support and programs to business team including but not limited to performance management, organizational design, learning and development, compensation programs and employee relations.
2. advise, mentor employees to help drive growth and development, identify training needs and development opportunities and conduct training programs.
3. work closely with management to implement corporate hr policies at the business unit level, ensure all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.
4. engage in hr programs in collaboration with other hr colleagues to support business groups' goals, actively contribute to build the culture of innovation, customer-centricity, entrepreneurship, teamwork with integrity and trust.
job requirement:
1. bachelor’s degree or above major in human resources management, business administration;
2. 3 to 5 years of hr-related working experience with excellent understanding or experience of a range of hr disciplines, including compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, employee development and employee relations.
3. strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. ability to collaborate and work with different stakeholders and hr colleagues across multiple countries/locations, experienced in delivering creative solutions to hr/people-related challenges.
5. ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity at global scale.
6. high level of motivation, energy, innovation, passion for excellence.
7. fluent in english
